Time: Shotgun Scramble 9:00 – General Meeting & Lunch 12:30

Wear your black, white, or red CWGA shirt

Lunch:

Sign up in the Pro Shop in CWGA Binder.
$25 – Catering by Butteville General Store featuring a Salad, Italian Sandwiches,Turkey Sandwiches, and the famous Chocolate Chip Ice Cream.
Drop cash (in a white envelope) or write a check to Drop your payment in the CWGA drawer.
Indicate in the Binder, after your name, if you paid cash or wrote a check and include check number.
DEADLINE: sign up by Monday, May 4, 2026, at noon (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Golf Sign-Up & Entry Fee:

Sign up through Golf Genius, email distribution on April 30, 2026.
To pay for both lunch and golf, signup in the CWGA Binder in the Pro Shop by May 4, 2026.
No refunds if you cancel less than 7 days of event. Credit is issued if event is cancelled by Pro Shop.
18-hole scramble, no minimum drives. Return scorecards to Pro Shop.
