Hello CWGA Members, October 2026
We’re excited to announce that we’ve partnered with the Oregon Golf Association (OGA) to make renewing and paying for our club membership and USGA Handicap Index easier than ever!
Instead of our traditional cash or check payment process, we’ll be moving to a quick and convenient online system. However, a paper application (located at the Pro Shop and on our website November 1st) is available and checks will still be accepted this year.
Here’s what to expect:
- Renewal reminder:You’ll receive an email November 1st with instructions, link and reminders to renew your membership.
- Flexible renewals:If you’re not ready to renew, your membership will simply become inactive on 1/1/27. You can renew at any time and pay online through our system link whenever it’s convenient for you if you do go inactive.
- Easy, secure payments:This is an official OGA-sponsored product that connects directly with our club systems, making the process simpler for both members and club administrators.
- $20 discount applied if paid by 1/6/27: Dues did not increase this year. $135 prior to 1/6/27. $155 after 1/6/27. No fees apply for online registration.
- New Member Applications Open 12/1/6: New members applying for the first time need an established USGA handicap index or a handicap index may be acquired by presenting to the club three most recent 18-hole scorecards or six 9-hole scorecards.
Need help with renewing online? Please join us for a CWGA Happy Hour Renewal Party on 11/12/26 in the Kalapuya Room in the Activity Center, from 4-6PM. Appetizers will be served and BYOB. Bring your device (phone, laptop, tablet). A separate invitation to this event will be sent. RSVPs kindly appreciated.
We’re excited about this change and believe it will make managing memberships and handicap renewals much easier for everyone moving forward.
