• Active Season: March 1 to November 30 (scores from local rounds played during this window must be posted).
  • Inactive Season: December 1 to February 28 (local scores cannot be posted because winter weather and course conditions can unfairly distort your Handicap Index).
  • Travel Exception: If you play a round during the winter in a warm-weather region where the active season is year-round, you are allowed to post those out-of-state scores.
