2025 CWGA Golf Genius Invitations
Our 2025 season will be starting Thursday, April 3. The first Golf Genius email for sign-ups will be coming out on Thursday, March 27. In order for things to run smoothly and for you to get the most out of your golfing experience, your Scoring Committee wants to remind you of some things that will help:
- The cut-off for sign-ups is 3 days in advance of the event. This means that sign-ups for Tuesday’s will close on Saturday at NOON. The sign-ups for Thursday will close on Monday at NOON. The invitations for both days will still go out 7 days in advance.
- It’s recommended that you save your invitations so you will be able to “Send a message to the Manager” if things change for you after you sign up.
- If you miss the deadline for sign-ups, you can go to the CWGA website at https://golfcwga.com/cwga-golf/play-results/, where you can click to access Golf Genius for play results and tee sheets. If there are any openings, do not call the Pro Shop. Contact the Manager of the Day and ask to be added to the tee sheet. The list of managers is available on the website at the address above.
- Players, ONLY CALL THE PRO SHOP if you need to cancel on the MORNING OF PLAY.

- The Leaderboard will be published to the CWGA web site.
