A Day at the Beach – June 4 Scramble & Luncheon

When: Thursday, June 4th

Time: Shotgun Scramble 8:30 a.m. Binder at the Pro Shop

Lunch:

Sign up in the Pro Shop in CWGA Binder
$25 Catering by Butteville Store featuring Huli-Huli Chicken, Green Salad, Macaroni Salad, and Pineapple Ice Cream for dessert.
Drop cash (in white envelope) or write check to CWGA. Place your payment in the CWGA drawer
Indicate in the Binder, after your name, if you paid cash or wrote a check and include check number
DEADLINE: Sign up by Monday, June 1st, at noon (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Golf Sign-Up & Entry Fee:

Sign up through Golf Genius, email distribution on May 28th
To pay for both lunch and golf, sign up in the CWGA binder in the Pro Shop by Monday, June 1st
No refunds if you cancel less than 7 days of event. Credit if event is cancelled by the Pro Shop
18-hole Scramble, no minimum drives. Return scorecards to Pro Shop

Cost:

Lunch: $25.00 paid in advance when signing up. Prize money: $5.00 paid to the Pro Shop at check-in. Bring extra Money to buy a chance to tee off from the Pro’s tee shot.

Beach theme attire is encouraged but optional.
