12:30 General Meeting, Luncheon 

Lunch: 

  • Sign up in the Pro Shop in the CWGA Binder beginning March 26th. 
  • $25, Catering by the Butteville Store featuring a Master’s menu of pimiento cheese sandwiches, egg salad sandwiches, mixed green salad and pecan bars with vanilla ice cream. 
  • Pay in cash (in white envelope) or check payable to CWGA. Drop your payment in the CWGA drawer. 
  • Indicate in the Binder, after your name, if you paid cash or wrote a check and include check number. 
  • DEADLINE: Sign up by Monday, April 6 before noon (NO EXCEPTIONS). 

Golf Sign-Up & Entry Fee: 

  • Sign up through Golf Genius, email distribution on Thursday, April 2nd. 
  • For golf, pay in advance – select Pay & Play or 9/18 Golf Club Pass in CWGA binder beginning March 26th.
  • No refunds if you cancel less than 7 days of event. Credit if event is cancelled by CWGA or Pro Shop.
  •  Return scorecards to Pro Shop. 

Cost:

  • Lunch – $25.00 
  • Pay for Scramble at the Pro Shop when checking in – $5.00
