DEADLINE: Sign up by Monday, September 28th, at NOON (NO EXCEPTIONS!)
TIME: 8:15 am – Registration Opens
- 8:40 am – Putting Contest
- 9:00 am – Shotgun Scramble Start
- 1:00 pm – Lunch & General Meeting – CCC Dining Rom
- 2:30 pm – Stagette Horserace (Following Lunch)
Hosted Tailgate Happy Hour in the Pavilion
LUNCH: $35.00 Lunch served immediately after the Scramble
ATTIRE: CWGA Red, White, and Black are the CWGA Homecoming Colors. Decorate your cart for a Homecoming Celebration! There will be Pom-Poms Galore!
CATERER & MENU: Butteville General Store Santa Maria Grilled Tri-Tip Steak & Chicken. Jordan’s special potato salad, Greek salad, Corn bread with honey butter. Finished off with dessert cookies made by a CWGA member! A Surprise Drawing will conclude the luncheon!
SIGN UP: Two steps:
1. Sign up in the Pro Shop in the CWGA Binder, beginning September 17.
- Register in the CWGA Sign-Up Binder.
- Place cash (in white envelope) or write check to CWGA. Include your check number on the signup sheet. Place your payment in the CWGA drawer.
- After your name, check if you are playing golf, having lunch or both.
2. Reply to Golf Genius email invite beginning Thursday, September 24.
- No refunds for cancellations received after Sunday, September 27, 2026. If scramble cancelled by Pro Shop, credit will be applied.
