Scramble Refunds: On Thursday, Opening Day, 66 players have signed up and paid their $5 to play. Looks like the weather will not cooperate – it’s going to rain! The Treasurer has suggested we keep the $5 as a credit and apply it to the next monthly scramble. At the end of the season, if anyone has credited money sitting on the books, it will be returned. This is a new standard policy we would like to implement so our members don’t have to wonder each time whether their money will be refunded. Chances are the $5 will be used when the weather improves for a future scramble.
This policy does NOT apply to a pre-paid breakfast or lunch. If you don’t cancel in the appropriate window of time or don’t show up, then you will not get a refund. No change there.
