IT’S A CWGA TAILGATE PAR-TEE SCRAMBLE

TIME:       Check In: 8:00 AM for an 8:30 AM shotgun start

LUNCH:    $25.00.  Lunch served immediately after golf.

ATTIRE:    Wear your school colors and decorate your cart!

CATERER & MENU:   The Butteville General Store will serve chili with all the fixings, salad, cornbread, plus their fabulous homemade ice cream.

SIGN UP: Two steps:

  1. Sign up in the Pro Shop in the CWGA Binder, beginning August 21st

  • Register on the Pay & Play, 9 Hole Pass or 18 Hole Pass tab.
  • Place cash (in white envelope), or write check to CWGA. Include your check number on the signup sheet.  Place your payment in the CWGA drawer.
  • After your name, check if you are playing golf, having lunch or both.

  1.     Reply to Golf Genius email invite beginning Thursday, August 28th

  • No refunds for cancellations received after Sunday, August 31, 2025. If scramble cancelled by CWGA or pro shop, credit is applied to next scramble.

DEADLINE:  sign up by Monday, September 1st, at NOON (NO EXCEPTIONS!)
